My first strength workout in a long time, so it was time to get back to basics. Went with a workout set up by a trainer I worked with 5 years ago. Good stuff.
Warm Up: Lunge Twists. Side Lunges. Walking Knee Grabs. Toe Touches. Butt Kicks.
