My first strength workout in a long time, so it was time to get back to basics. Went with a workout set up by a trainer I worked with 5 years ago. Good stuff.

Warm Up: Lunge Twists. Side Lunges. Walking Knee Grabs. Toe Touches. Butt Kicks.

Work Out:
Medicine Ball Toe Touches - 8 lb. ball 2 sets x 10
Medicine Ball Twists - 8 lb. ball 2 sets x 10
Supermans - 2 sets x 10
Walking Lunges - 15 lbs 2 sets x 15
Ball Leg Curls - 2 sets x 10
Dumbbell Step-Ups - 15 lbs 2 sets x 15
Seated Chest Press - 70 lbs 2 sets x 12
Seated Row - 70 lbs 2 sets x 12
Lat Pull Downs - 50 lbs 2 sets x 12
Dumbbell Bicep Curls - 20 lbs 2 sets x 12
Bench Dips - 2 x 15
4 Way Shoulder - 5 lbs 1 x 20 (fly, front shoulder raise, Lat. shoulder raise, external rotation)
