I just realized I forgot to log this. I haven't been running due to a minor hip strain. Decided to test it out on Saturday with a short one on the treadmill. Felt pretty good. Unfortunately, Sunday morning at my son's hockey practice I took a fall while goofing around with some of his teammates (I help coach) and landed on my elbow - I should have stayed home with my son who was sick.
After the practice, I went home and was told to get to emergency by my wife. Turned out to be a couple stitches and a ruptured bursa in my elbow. Now it is infected. Running will be on hold for a while longer.


eww! Nasty!Hope you heal quickly! My running is really slow now! Back surgery sometime in the future for me!
