    felt a bit sluggish at the beginning of the run, but then felt much better after a little extra break at an intersection.

    The second in this weekends back-to-back long runs. Felt a bit sluggish at the beginning, which loosened up in the middle. The end really reminded me why I do these. Overall a great run.

    Felt a bit tired at first, but the more I ran the better I felt. Pretty good time even though I walked the 2nd mile during a phone call.

    Loved the run. Uneventful, but just good solid running. This run put me at exactly 2,000 for the year, and means that tomorrows 12.5 miles will complete my years goal of 2011. YAY!

      Still a great run Adam. Hiking in the mountains can kill the legs.
