    Weights, and starting to do leg stuff like no weight lunges I REALLY need this to start building muscle on my weak leg. Then 2 mi jog.

    Had lane to self whole time. Guess freezing temps don't inspire swimming. I thought it was nice to take a dip in mid 70's water indoors during the cold.

    Little stiff from working out the other day, but once I warmed up felt pretty strong.
