    Not cool. 6.5 miles into a 7.5 mile loop I had to hold my phone above and go swimming to cross. Took my breath away. Also gave me a 20 min nike while trying to figure out a better way to cross haha

      Turns out I was just actually sick. Wife and I were puking our guts out all night. Sounds like norovirus. Hopefully back at it in a few days...

    Finally did 3 miles in under 30 min. Was a pretty big goal for me since last year I was averaging closer to 13 min miles. Forgot my HR monitor and just pushed hard. I think I mighta killed Gus ;)
