Legs feel surprisingly strong. Not fit, but strong. Still have a lot left in them which is good because I'm still early in my base. Knee felt 95% and I think a cleat might be loose. I need to stretch more and keep an eye on it but it's seems fine for now. I have a tempo workout scheduled for the new few days too.
