I had to abort my long sunday morning run after 16km because of the cold, so decided to do a few km with my brother-in-law on skis. First time since my knee injury in 2009 that I put skate-skis under my feet. It was a tough training course with nearly 200m elevation gain, but all in all it went OK, and I feel good to have spend the time and intensity I planned outside today
