great To The Beach, Wassenaar, NL 10.78 km 00:53 07:58 pace

-6 degree, 6:00 am, the canals are freezing and Jim and I went running to the beach. On the training plan 1 mile easy, 5 miles Marathon Pace and 1 mile warm down. we did the 5 miles at an average of 7:35. Both very happy with it!
