alright Kapa'a - Waimea - Poip'u Circuit, Kauai - Hi 80 km 03:00 16.6mph pace

Started in the rain on a dirty shoulder. Rain stopped after 25K. Sunshine, humid, windy and hot for the rest of the trip. Had planned a long ride, but a flat tire decided otherwise. You ask why did not just change the tube? Because my double bottle cage broke on th elast ride. So I had to put my 2 bottles in my jersey where I usually put my hand pump and repair kit. Need to find a better solution....Thanks goodness, I did not forget my cellphone and had my wife pick me up (she was not even upset :-)
