Restarted pushup program since i missed some time.

good, need different compression shorts for doing cardio, the underarmour have a seem in the wrong spot :-/

45 minutes on the elliptical. pretty good sweat afterwords. kept heart rate constant around 140-150. 560 cals burned
15 minutes on upright stationary bike. cool down from elliptical. 185 cals burned

screw this crap. watched the news, it said alaska airlines and horizon ran out of de-icer last night. oh well, we'll get out there sometime.
