    Boxing, rope, prowler, crunches. It's been 2 weeks since we had a session with Angelo and man it felt great! My recently sprained hand seemed fine today and that made me very happy.

      I am doing the same with PureConnects -- $59 a pop now at Amazon. I get annoyed with Brooks when they change a shoe that was perfect. Happened with the Defyance.

    BF is sick so we had to reschedule boxing. Amazing how fresh my legs and lungs felt this morning :) Wore a new pair of pureCadence and smart wool socks. Toes and Achilles were both happy.
