    This was a fun race! Loads of hills made it very challenging. First run with the Garmin that my girls got me for my birthday! So I missed the first tenth of a mile...live and learn I guess.

    I didn't train properly, but I am still not upset with the time. I might sign up for a race in October and try another half. Need to stop being lazy and shortening the long runs!

    5 of the hilliest miles I have ever run. Ventured off the easy trails at Sibley and moved on to the hiking trails. I LOVED it. Gorgeous day for it too.

    Ran a 10k on the hiking trails at Sibley State Park. Ended up walking some on the uneven terrain, but overall I love it!

    It was a little steamy, but I have to say I am addicted to running on the trails at Sibley State Park! Much more interesting and really hilly! Going to go back for more tomorrow after work:)

      Sibley will make you a stronger runner. Great job and great attitude! Most people dread hills. If you're up for a good challenge, try the Pat Boros 10k at Sibley. Killer for the quads.
