    A nice leisurely treadmill run.

    Was going well...until the rain caught me! Going to go try to do another 2 or so on the treadmill in a few minutes---never as fun as running around the lake though!

    It was a conditioning hike so I had about 15 pounds in a pack on and hiking boots that I hate. Overall not too bad, but I like to go back with better shoes so I can finish the trail and not turn around when the going got tough.

    Forgot to eat beforehand so I had to cut the run short! Feeling good though, and happy to have running season back (i.e. not cold and rainy weather.)
