Pretty good! I didn't know if I could do a long run over 4 miles, but I did! All I had to eat was coffeecake at noon, so around mile 2 (6:30pm) I was ROARING with hunger. Pace was around 5.4-5.5 most of the time.


haha nice run! Sometime baked goods give you an extra boost of energy.
