  1. RUN
    great Golf course 😀 1.79 mi 00:18 10:15 pace

    4::45 intervals
Just so happy to be out there tonight!!! Minimal discomfort in my groin, right shin, and right knee. It mostly went away about 10 minutes in.

  2. RUN
    alright BHG/Bridge 3.05 mi 00:31 10:08 pace

My legs felt pretty good until the end. Needed some walk breaks - Florida summer is definitely creeping closer.

  3. RUN
    great Gasparilla 15k 9.38 mi

3:1 intervals with the Sub30 crew!

  4. RUN
    good SCP 2 mi 00:20 10:00 pace

Nice recovery run. My watch died before we even started so this was all by feel.

  5. RUN
    alright A1A Half Marathon 13.16 mi 02:29 11:18 pace

Despite some major humidity that really sucked my energy and impeded me from hitting our goal, Elizabeth had a blast and a stellar first half marathon!

  6. RUN
alright Winged Foot 4.01 mi 00:40 10:00 pace

A little weak/tired from being sick this morning, and my right leg was stiff until mile 3.75. Eight days until race day...

  7. RUN
alright Country Creek 4.03 mi 00:41 10:08 pace

My legs were feeling the long run and squats from Sunday/Monday. More humid today, too. A little bit of a tough run.

  8. RUN
    good BHG-3 Oaks 10.02 mi 01:40 10:01 pace

Some leg stiffness early in the run, but felt warmed up and GOOD by mile 5! Last double-digit run before A1A.

  9. RUN
    good 4.01 mi 00:39 09:48 pace

Quads sore from leg day...lungs a little tight/phlegmy. But I think the run was GOOD for this cold.

  10. RUN
    great Bridge 4.05 mi 00:38 09:28 pace

Second time running the bridge since my calves started to feel better; I think it's helping to stretch and strengthen them!

  11. RUN
    good BHG 4.27 mi 00:42 09:44 pace

Heavy downpour cut our long run short, but it was distracting from any leg pain I might have had!

  12. RUN
    good Fuschia/3 Oaks 4.04 mi 00:40 09:56 pace

Teeny bit of shin achiness early on, but by mile 2 it was gone.

  13. RUN
good Golf Course 4 mi 00:40 09:56 pace

Felt pretty solid! Tried wearing an OLD pair of shoes to test out a theory. Calves felt perfect.

  14. RUN
    good Fucsia/3 Oaks 8.43 mi 01:25 10:07 pace

No calf pain! A Monday evening long run. I'm beginning to think it's the shoes :(

I really hope it's not the shoes because finding a brand and style I like is SO hard!

A rare morning run before Matt's art show!
