    Left leg was absolutely the WORST tonight. Right leg continues to feel stronger with each run. It's like the stronger it gets, the worse the left feels.

    I never know how to judge TM speed/distance but I did 30 mins without stopping! some left calf tightness. Not much!

    Hot and humid, but I managed a slightly longer run and fewer walk breaks. I was sapped at the end though. 17 minutes before the first walk, then switched to 4/:45 intervals.

    I am beginning to wonder if I'll EVER get back to where I was. 3 miles seems daunting; 4 seems impossible.

    Skipped my first walk break and then resumed 4/:45 for the remainder.
