    This was a tough run. I didn't feel "in the groove" until about 3.5 miles. Around mile 7 I started to feel tired. Gu helped. Tired legs and body from a tough week, but I persevered!

    Slowed WAY down to help my body acclimate to the heat and humidity. Funny how fast I got used to cooler weather. Legs still felt a little rusty but not too bad!

    My legs felt really tired from Saturday's long run, but I still managed a good pace and pushed through the desire to take a walk break.

    After a delayed start, I had a great run! Steady pace all through. Started a Gu at mile 6.5 and took it in sips until about mile 8.5 Kept up the positive self-talk throughout!
