  1. RUN
great Lakewood Ranch 6 mi 01:00 10:02 pace

I felt great this entire run! Walked briefly at 3.7 when I twisted my ankle in a hole and had to limp it off a bit. Otherwise, steady pace and negative splits!

  2. RUN
blah Country Creek 4 mi 00:43 10:45 pace

Legs felt dead. I think it's time for new shoes!

  3. RUN
alright Country Creek 3.2 mi 00:34 10:34 pace

Legs felt pretty tired until the end. I need a better warmup!

  4. RUN
    great 3 Oaks 5 mi 00:51 10:09 pace

Nice and easy long run! Only walk break was at 4.05-4.08 or so. Steady pace. The cooler weather helped!

  5. RUN
good TM at Planet Fitness 2 mi 00:20 10:03 pace

BORING run at an avg. pace of 6.5 mph. I was proud of myself for fitting this in before our volleyball game, which we WON!

  6. RUN
great Country Creek 4 mi 00:42 10:35 pace

Post-practice run. Same route as yesterday, a bit faster today. Legs and feet felt tired but able.

  7. RUN
good Country Creek 4 mi 00:43 10:47 pace

My legs felt pretty fresh, but I'm still building up strength and cardio. First run in my training!

  8. RUN
alright Country Creek 4 mi 00:43 10:50 pace

My feet were REALLY achy today. Maybe because of 90 minutes of vball before the run? Maybe the shoes? Maybe both?

  9. RUN
good Golf Course 3.01 mi 00:31 10:25 pace

First run of "pre-training" for my February half. Starting from scratch. My legs never fully felt awake tonight, and I couldn't quite get my breathing steady, but it's been worse.

  10. RUN
    great 2.51 mi 00:25 09:57 pace

Weather is cooling down a bit! Legs felt great!

  11. RUN
    great 0.5 mi 00:05:28 10:56 pace

    Run part 2.

  12. RUN
great Golf Course 2 mi 00:21 10:41 pace

Easy, steady, non-stop. Run part 1.

  13. RUN
great Golf Course 3 mi 00:32 10:37 pace

I really needed this run. Glad I went.

  14. RUN
good Golf Course 3 mi 00:32 10:39 pace

After three weeks off (1.5 for my calf and 1.5 due to crazy storms and some mental fatigue from politics), this run felt good. Nice and easy and what I needed. Still hot out!

  15. RUN
    good 3 Oaks 2.04 mi 00:22 10:35 pace

Got poured on! We ran it easy and called it short when my left calf started aching. Time to rest a bit!

  16. RUN
    great Grandezza 4.73 mi 00:48 10:03 pace

No stopping at all on this run, even for pictures. Kept a steady pace while Matt followed on his OneWheel. Some discomfort in my left calf - maybe a slight muscle strain, but I was able to run thro... read more

  17. RUN
good Country Creek 4.8 mi 00:49 10:06 pace

Aimed for 4.5 but miscalculated my route. A fairly good run, but also tough! I did the 4.5 in 44:50, took a walk break, and then finished the last bit back to the car at a run.

  18. RUN
    good Grandezza 4.01 mi 00:43 10:42 pace

Lots of lightning during the run. I felt good until the end - still kind of sick and dehydrated. Hadn't had enough food during the day.

  19. RUN
great Country Creek 4 mi 00:40 09:58 pace

1 year post-first-op today! My legs felt amazing, I got rained on during mile 2, and this was just a great run!

  20. RUN
    good 3 Oaks 4 mi 00:41 10:09 pace

Tired tonight! E and I started in the rain, but once it stopped the humidity ratcheted up and it was tough! My legs and lungs/heart are totally incongruous right now - legs wanna go FAST, lungs are... read more
