  1. RUN
    good 2.32 mi 00:27 11:26 pace

This was a weird run. I lost track of my intervals and was happy to pause when I ran into Kristin briefly. Post-track shakeout run before A1A!

  2. RUN
good Golf Course 2.73 mi 00:31 11:12 pace

2:1 intervals. I felt pretty good, although a little fatigued at the end.

  3. RUN
great Golf Course 3.16 mi 00:35 11:06 pace

Switched to 2:1 intervals and it made a WORLD of difference! I meant to do ~2.5 but we ended up doing a 5k! Hooray!!

  4. RUN
    blah 3 Oaks 2.05 mi 00:24 11:45 pace

Ran with Elizabeth. My cold caught up with me - everything felt hard today.

  5. RUN
good Country Creek 2.55 mi 00:27 10:36 pace

I felt pretty strong and added some distance today! Still 3:1 intervals.

  6. RUN
    good 3 Oaks Park 2.4 mi 00:27 11:17 pace

3:1 intervals. I planned to push to 25 minutes and ended up doing more. First solo run since the 2nd surgery. I was stiff until about a mile in, and then things felt good!

  7. RUN
    good 3 Oaks 2.07 mi 00:23 11:09 pace

3:1 intervals with Elizabeth. We kept it easier and I felt pretty good.

  8. RUN
alright Country Creek 1.92 mi 00:22 11:34 pace

Lengthened walk intervals at 1.4 miles. Just felt blah and stiff the entire run. It was bound to happen! Maybe 3 runs this week was overkill.

  9. RUN
great Country Creek 2.12 mi 00:23 10:49 pace

3:1 intervals. Some hamstring tightness in the left leg still, but others felt REALLY good. Pushed the pace too much probably, trying to beat the sunset. It felt good to really PUSH - it's bee... read more

  10. RUN
great Country Creek 2.11 mi 00:24 11:24 pace

    First run outdoors post-left fasciotomy!
Some hamstring tightness and a little knot in my right calf. Otherwise...AMAZING! 3:1 intervals.

  11. RUN
    good 3 Oaks 2.13 mi 00:23 10:59 pace

Loving this cool weather, but my left leg is still a PITA.

  12. RUN
injured Country Creek 2.05 mi 00:23 11:20 pace

Left leg was absolutely the WORST tonight. Right leg continues to feel stronger with each run. It's like the stronger it gets, the worse the left feels.

  13. RUN
blah Country Creek 2.13 mi 00:24 11:13 pace

I can't WAIT for my left leg's surgery. I am so, so sick of it holding me back!!
    (3:1 intervals with Elizabeth)

  14. RUN
alright County Creek 2.01 mi 00:23 11:20 pace

My unhappiness in my left leg. Surgery #2 is scheduled for November 30. I can't WAIT.

  15. RUN
alright County Creek 2.04 mi 00:22 10:53 pace

Some shin pain in my right leg during run intervals - I think I'm pushing the pace too hard! (3:1)

  16. RUN
good County Creek 2.11 mi 00:23 11:03 pace

3:1 intervals with Elizabeth. I had to monitor my pace pretty closely to stop from over-exerting early in the run. Right leg still feels great but a bit weak; left leg feels achy and tight.

  17. RUN
alright Golf course 1.36 mi 00:16 11:29 pace

Left leg ruined what could’ve been a goood run!

  18. RUN
great County Creek 2.03 mi 00:22 10:55 pace

First real run since surgery! I felt AMAZING! Just some weakness toward the end.

  19. RUN

A nice run after the rain stopped.

  20. RUN
