  6. RUN
good Country Creek 4.01 mi 00:44 10:58 pace

I felt great, but had to walk more than I wanted for E. Kind of a disappointing run.

  7. RUN
great Golf Course 2.5 mi 00:26 10:18 pace

I felt GREAT on this run, and was picking up my paces, but took some walk breaks for E. The rain left the golf course nice and cool, and my legs and body felt warmed up from running two days in a row.

  8. RUN
good Country Creek 4.01 mi 00:45 11:09 pace

Slowed it way down to deal with the post-rain humidity. I felt pretty good overall.

  9. RUN
good Golf Course 3.5 mi 00:37 10:25 pace

    SO dang humid!

  10. RUN
    great 3.01 mi 00:31 10:14 pace

After three days of stomach issues left me hungry and dehydrated, it was nice to feel good on this run!

  11. RUN
tired Benderson Lake Park 3.04 mi 00:35 11:34 pace

After having an upset stomach all day, I was too dehydrated for this run. Ended up walking a lot of it and cutting it short.

  12. RUN
great Golf Course 5 mi 00:52 10:25 pace

I was racing the sunset...I aimed for 5 and managed 5!

  13. RUN
good Golf Course 2.13 mi 00:21 09:47 pace

Mentally I felt good, but physically I was a little tired. Maybe from sedated in the morning, maybe just because I've taken some downtime. Still a solid run! And I even got to run in the rain ... read more

  14. RUN
    great 3 Oaks Park 3.01 mi 00:31 10:17 pace

Legs felt great after basically 2 weeks off. Going late at night helped with the temperature and humidity, too.

  15. RUN
great Golf Course 2.01 mi 00:20 09:47 pace

An easy and mentally necessary run after being far too lazy/tired all week.

  16. RUN
good Pennsylvania Ave 3.47 mi 00:36 10:24 pace

“Recovery” run. Humid but cloudy. Felt good...a little tired by the end. Still acclimating.

  17. RUN
    good Sup & Run 5k 3.18 mi 00:29 08:58 pace

Legs felt fantastic but the humidity got to me. I felt lethargic and burnt out through the last mile and could barely sprint the finish. So glad to be racing again, though!

  18. RUN
good Country Creek 4 mi 00:41 10:19 pace

The humidity is getting out of hand already! 4 miles with a walk break at each mile. This helped keep my pace under control and was good for acclimation.

  19. RUN
    alright Bridge 4.03 mi 00:40 09:59 pace

Started out WAY too fast and burned out after the bridge. Needed multiple walk breaks. My body was just TIRED.

  20. RUN
    good Grandezza 3.01 mi 00:31 10:17 pace

A little tired, but mostly I felt good!
