  1. RUN
great Country Creek 4.11 mi 00:40 09:43 pace

I can't seem to force my legs to slow down in the first two miles these days! I took a couple brief walk breaks in the 2nd and 3rd mile, but overall felt strong and good!

  2. RUN
great Golf Course 2.01 mi 00:18 08:58 pace

This pace didn't feel EASY but it didn't feel hard either. It felt comfortably challenging. No walk breaks.

  3. RUN
good THE BRIDGE 3.01 mi 00:32 10:29 pace

E suggested it. We conquered it together.

  4. RUN
great Country Creek 3.01 mi 00:32 10:39 pace

Nice & easy with E. Felt really solid. WAY too hot though; it's time to acclimate to summer!

  5. RUN
good Country Creek 3.01 mi 00:31 10:13 pace

A nice run post-race. My legs felt tired but not bad!

  6. RUN
    great The Fast & the Furriest 5k 3.1 mi 00:29 09:14 pace

First race back and I OWNED IT. Felt strong, confident, and pain-free!

  7. RUN
great Country Creek 2.31 mi 00:23 10:00 pace

I felt the best and most normal I’ve felt, period! Such a good run!

  8. RUN
    good Grandezza 3.01 mi 00:31 10:17 pace

Easy 3 miles! Tired legs but no pain. Walked at mile 2.15 but otherwise just kept trucking!

  9. RUN
    great Golf C 2.02 mi 00:20 09:48 pace

2 miles alone at "race pace" for Saturday's 5k. I felt great! Didn't mind the rain!

  10. RUN
good The Islands 2.23 mi 00:24 10:32 pace

Rediscovering routes from when I was a beginner takes some stress out of recovery. Sore legs from track circuits, but a very nice, easy run.

  11. RUN
    good Grandezza 3.87 mi 00:44 11:16 pace

New, pretty route! Walk breaks at each mile and slowed way down at the end, but I didn't have calf pain...just tired!
Weird discoloration on my left shin where I'm still numb post-run. La... read more

  12. RUN
blah Boynton Beach 1.5 mi 00:17 11:00 pace

Getting sick. My body didn’t like this run. Legs felt lethargic and both calves felt heavy and tight today. I’m pretty heavily medicated and not sleeping well so I’m attributing it all to that.

  13. RUN
good Country Creek 4.01 mi 00:43 10:37 pace

Post yoga/squats. At first my legs felt tired, but I persevered and they felt good by the end. Some knee achiness. I kept the effort easy today on purpose.

  14. RUN
    great BH 3.57 mi 00:36 10:02 pace

Another strong run with minimal walk breaks. I chickened out and didn't go over the bridge. Playing it safe still! The wind was cold and directly in my face, so it was hard to breathe for some... read more

  15. RUN
alright Country Creek 2.11 mi 00:25 11:36 pace

My legs felt leaden. Probably from sprints on uneven grass at track beforehand. Nothing that worries me. I need more rest and recovery after incredible effort of Monday.

  16. RUN
great Golf Course 3.01 mi 00:30 09:48 pace

No timed walk breaks today! I took a 30 second break at mile 1 and mile 2; felt AMAZING.

  17. RUN
great Country Creek 4.01 mi 00:44 10:58 pace

The first 4 mile run in literally over a year. Random run/walk intervals. Good company.

  18. RUN
good Golf Course 2.5 mi 00:25 10:00 pace

I kind of made my own intervals - lots of stops for pics but longer runs, too. Felt good to let loose and run faster, free from the demands of my watch!

  19. RUN
great Country Creek 3.81 mi 00:42 11:04 pace

E and I started our twin-day run with 2::30 intervals. At the halfway point I knocked it to 2:1 intervals so we could add distance. My legs are tired from my squat challenge but they felt 100% norm... read more
