    great A1A Half Marathon 13.1 mi 02:18 10:30 pace

The day I was waiting for! This run was hard and hot, but I feel vindicated. Find another sport my a$$.

  2. RUN
good Country Creek 2.32 mi 00:23 09:45 pace

Ran this in the low 9s, but forgot to stop my watch when I got back to the car. I was distracted by the car on FIRE in the parking lot! Foot cramps came and went in both feet. Lungs felt okay but n... read more

  3. RUN
    great BHG 8 mi 01:20 10:00 pace

Despite my legs feeling a little rough, I got through this entire run without a break. Incredibly steady splits. I'll keep the mileage way down this week...race day is 7 days away!

  4. RUN
alright Country Creek 4 mi 00:40 09:56 pace

I think it may be time to taper. Race is 11 days away and I'm starting to feel tired!

  5. RUN
great Country Creek 5 mi 00:49 09:45 pace

This ended up being a progression run of sorts. Felt REALLY GOOD! I think my body knows this is my last real week of training!

  6. RUN
    great BHG/FGCU 10.5 mi 01:48 10:18 pace

Felt SUPER steady and good today! Pause for pics/Gu at mile 6.5, but ran the rest without stopping. Happy with this pace!

  7. RUN
alright Country Creek 5.01 mi 00:53 10:32 pace

TIRED legs. Pushed myself to do the full 5 and not quit early. This is about mileage and basebuilding, not speed.

  8. RUN
good Country Creek 5 mi 00:50 10:02 pace

Slowly feeling back to good after too many days off. I think this week will be a major turn-around week. Kept the pace conservative tonight just enjoyed the run.

  9. RUN
good Treadmill (PF) 7.9 mi 01:23 10:28 pace

BORING. Rainy and windy, so opted for the TM. Glad to get it done; I feel back on track. 2pm on a Sunday is not my optimal window, though.

  10. RUN
good Country Creek 5.01 mi 00:50 09:55 pace

Easy, low-key & low-pressure run. Rearranging this week's schedule. Glad that I didn't let myself off the hook.

  11. RUN
good Country Creek 4.01 mi 00:40 09:58 pace

A little rusty from taking some time off last week, but felt good to get moving. Nice weather! Definitely know now that it's the new shoes causing some rubbing and not my new socks.

  12. RUN
good Country Creek 5 mi 00:48 09:39 pace

Felt strong! A little tired...that time of the month.Still getting a hot spot on my right foot from my new shoes, too.

  13. RUN
    alright BH/FGCU 10 mi 01:44 10:22 pace

This was a tough run. I didn't feel "in the groove" until about 3.5 miles. Around mile 7 I started to feel tired. Gu helped. Tired legs and body from a tough week, but I persevered!

  14. RUN
great Country Creek 5 mi 00:48 09:38 pace

A break in weather! I felt great on this run!

  15. RUN
good Country Creek 5 mi 00:53 10:30 pace

Slowed WAY down to help my body acclimate to the heat and humidity. Funny how fast I got used to cooler weather. Legs still felt a little rusty but not too bad!

  16. RUN
tired Country Creek 2.01 mi 00:21 10:34 pace

I had 4-5 miles planned and cut it short at 2. My legs were tight, especially my right ankle near my incision, and my back felt stiff. Rather than push through and risk injury, I cut it short. Ice ... read more

So many hills! Cool and rainy. A beautiful run!

  18. RUN
good Benderson Park 4.01 mi 00:38 09:29 pace

My legs felt really tired from Saturday's long run, but I still managed a good pace and pushed through the desire to take a walk break.

  19. RUN
    great BHG/FGCU 10.01 mi 01:39 09:52 pace

After a delayed start, I had a great run! Steady pace all through. Started a Gu at mile 6.5 and took it in sips until about mile 8.5 Kept up the positive self-talk throughout!

Ten degrees warmer tonight, and I felt it. Kept the paces easier. Still gelt great!
