    tried to see how far and fast I could go with sore calves...im still a hard-headed runner...but at least I'm getting there :) took to spinning for another 30mins and my ever-favorite 200 crunches

      @ Lito C. - when u know your body, you can really plan objectively. depending on how i do my 21ks and 32Ks, will probably not forecast for a milo qualifier this year :) its your turn, man!

    30mins of slow jogging and 30mins of powerwalking, both on inclined treadmill + 120 crunches! prepping a strong body to begin running on TM next week...

    850kcals to take it easier today and ready ti break 90mins workout tomorrow. knowing your body makes it easy to STOP deconditioning while recovering from injury. HR training is great science!

      just take it slowly and easy... just do 21km sa Milo if you havent recovered well. target mo na lang yung 2015 edition.

      as for me, started April to run again since I joined a half-mary nga this week but will likely continue running more outside since weather is improving here.

    14%incline walking at 5mph burns me more cals for an hour, than running...

    walking on the mill on incline means bringing out my HRM and getting the calories by staying at an ave of 70% HR. not yet there...tomorrow ulit! still yielded a bucket of sweat (exaggerated)
