These plyometric + body core exercises are tough! Using the new N+ sensor embedded shoes plus iPhone app. Damn! i've lost my vertical jumping ability. Only 10". Used to jump 20+ inches. And jumping off and onto one leg isn't easy anymore either. Getting old(er) sucks. LOL


Yeah but what's the alternative? Keep at it Alex, hope I can stay as active!
