    Met with my trainer Seth but took it kind of easy since my back has been hurting me. Much better today after a late night massage. Also lost 3 lbs after my juice cleanse 👏🏻

      Yay for lossing weight! I havent lost much and i haven been eating better and working out more but I think the muscle is growing!
