      Well, not sure yet. I iced it pretty good and it had been feeling better (I could put my whole weight on it). But took a couple weeks off and tomorrow I start training for Cedars of Lebanon so we will see if it holds up. Worst case I am prepared to compete in the Aquabike category (Swim and bike only). Heck, I would have won that categoy at GJCC by 3 min. Running has never really been my thing. I'll let you know. We need to ride soon!! :-)

    First real ride out on the new bike. I have to say my but was feeling uncomfortable and I was ready to get off that bike. I know it will take time to build up that tolerance so patience is my goal.

    After my back to back days of 2200y my arms had nothing to give the pool today. I struggled but got it in and got a great time for my 200y (first race length)
