My legs are killing me today! Mostly the pain is in my inner thigh muscles. It's a good hurt.

Also I've discovered Lulu Lemon workout/yoga gear and I'm in love. Gonna have to throw out my Old Navy sweatpants and such. :P

Probably going to split up my gym-visit posts next time so that the Elliptical, Treadmill, stretches & such get separate posts.

Its okay, its a learning process and figuring out your body. :) I forget sometimes because I just want to run. But it's good that you're sore.

I've heard that stretching is best after you run, not before. I would do some research on Runner's World's website to see what they say. Their tips are really good.
