good Tempo with Robyn 5.06 mi 00:40 07:53 pace

Tempo run in the midday sun with my training partner Robyn (10yo with bike). Did take a few short pauses to keep hydrated and sort out deadly nettle stings on my training partner but quite pleased with the split times that look more like speedwork than tempo times (for me).
