    lunchtime loop breaking in some new shoes, a couple of quick miles, a couple of slow ones and some pauses in between. Averaged out ok on pace and a pleasant route.

    24.86 miles of cycling from Dorchester to Portland to attend a family event and then included in the distance was the return journey later in the evening. I slept well saturday night

    Getting out on Saturday as a night out planned could mean hangover and no Sunday run. A fair few walk sections and pauses still but improvement coming (I hope).

      Hi I'm Tom, I am getting on a bit and I'm a shoe addict!

      Very amusing write up Stu! Funny thing is no matter how many shoes I buy and try I always end up going back to the same ones... Inov8 295. Despite the fact they keep falling apart on me. Of course they have changed the model now so things will have to change. My addiction is fuelled by my frustrating anatomy - very wide, stumpy feet! So nearly all the shoes I WANT to wear don't accomodate me :(

    Nice bike ride with the girls up over the ridgeway to Weymouth, a spot of lunch, a quick visit to my parents and the a ride home. 17.31 miles of travel and a lovely day for it.
