      What are you doing now? 100K should be a good minimum for a fit young lad like yourself and then aim for 200-300K totals on good weeks.

    what an amazing day that was!! came 1st in the event of of 1800 people so happy i even caught up with the people doing the 100km event and was the first back!! my training had paid off :)

      Thats crap - do some Audax events they are not so petty! The is one from Old Ma's Cafe Tattenhall on the 16th - choice of 60/130/200k events. The 130/200 are a bit lumpy!

      There's some sort of "prop" thingy (I have no idea what it's called) that you can put your bike on so you are able to ride indoors... As you can tell - I'm not a cyclist :) But - that may be something worth checking out!!

    good not to sure it was up near ll... 45 mi 02:30 18.0mph pace

    really fast ride only because we had a fast rider with us and had to keep up with him, not sure of the route but had quite a few big hills, i know we got near llangollen though

      I always find muscles repair better riding just take it easy - stick it in the little ring! press ups, pull ups, ect can all be done around the house.
