C25k -Week 4 - Day 1 - FAIL

I made it through the first 3 and 5 minute runs, but during the end of the 2nd 3 minute run I got a terrible... cramp? It could have been gas? I don't know what it was but it wasn't a side cramp like normal and I couldn't run or walk it off. It was right below my rib cage. Was hard to get a good deep breath. Feeling better now that I'm not breathing heavy, but man that was brutal!
Bummed I didn't make it through the whole work out, but glad to know I CAN run 5 minutes straight.
I'm going back to week 3 for the remainder of the week.

Ouch, sorry to hear about that! Keep up the hard work though! Pushing through doesn't just mean during the workout, it means pushing through workout to workout too, and you're kicking butt with that!

Great effort! You'll get it next week. Glad to see you not let this prevent you from making the most of the week that's left. Personally I think the program gets a little too ambitious on week 4.

Thanks Brian and Kyle! Jim, I agree with it being ambitious on week 4, I think jumping from 90 seconds and 3 minute runs to 3min and 5 min runs is a little crazy!
