C25k - Week 3 - Day 3

Went good, did the extra 1 min run and walk as day 1 and 3 to make it an even 20 minutes.
I'm really having a hard time deciding if I want to extend week 3 a couple more workouts. I'm really struggling with the 3 minute runs. I know it's not supposed to be easy.... and part of me thinks maybe I'm just scared to run 5 minutes week 4...
Okay, I just talked myself into week 4. If I CAN'T do it then I'll go back to week 3 - but I least have to give it a shot!


I had the same conversation with myself. I think the key to C25k is to try it cuz often you'll surprise yourself. Personally, I plan to repeat week 4 if I have too much trouble. My prediction is, if I am going to have trouble, it will be at the end of the fourth run. I think I can push myself through the first three. Consider this a challenge to show up this old fart. (Not that I'd admit to being old.)
