It looks different here today! Anyway. I took a extra day off.... and payed for it. While I'm sure there were other contributing factors to today's crappy work out... the extra day was probably the biggest.
I could go into how many things sucked about tonight, but I'm going to try not to go there.... The fact is I DID the workout. I wanted to stop SO badly, but I kept going....
Workout was the same as Tuesday. I even tossed in that extra minute in the end - I have no idea why.
