The Workout:
5 Minute warm up.
Run for 90 seconds.
Walk for 90 seconds.
Run for 3 minutes.
Walk for 3 minutes.
^Repeat
5 Minute cool down.
*I added a 1 min run and a 1 min walk to make the whole run/walk portion = 20 min ;-D
