tired Phoenix Mountain Preserve House Loop 5.04 mi 00:54 10:45 pace

Second time on the same loop from my house. 1,100 feet of climbing. Not sure what I was thinking doing this loop as a "recovery run" after a rough 50K yesterday but after the first hill I loosened up and was running the long downhills hard and running a lot of the uphill. Using the "Course" feature on Garmins is awesome. Kept seeing how close I was to my last running of this same course. Felt like I was racing someone else. Kept catching up on the downhills, was down by over .15 with .5 left and sprinted the entire thing but apparently that's what I did last time...fell about a minute short. It's kind of like having an imaginary friend. Named Garmin.

    Hm.... my run was rough, but it was tempered by the fact that diesel was with and hated the run so bad...
