Ironically, the three sets of 45-second plank position were more taxing than time on the treadmill. My hamstrings are unevenly reflexibilizing themselves. My calves, quads and rectus- to transverse-abs are getting pretty solid. Delts? A little too sinewy. Gonna look into an app that can track activities, measurements/weight and food intake, and non-shake protein options, because this lady needs some softening.
