    The Friday ride in the plan is a pure aerobic ride with no "hard" work in it. So I will do this outside anytime I can. That felt good to finish the week.

    This week is the start of a new plan on the bike. As usual it start with a test to set the bar. A few more watts to work with. (335 vs 327). Things won't get easier as usual.
