Most difficult swim workout this year: 3 Individual Medleys, and 200 yrds of balance drills to warm up. kick and stroke set - 300 yrds, GOLF and Diving sets for sprints, Pull buoy, 400 yrd time trial, breathing sets, and cool down with no breathers. Low yardage but intense!
