    Ran Maffetone and did it under 10 mpm. I will TAKE IT. 9 miles is starting to feel like my comfort zone. I will take that too.

    Only had a little time, so I said screw Maffetone and ran pace...I almost never do it. Over a short distance, it is nice. I should schedule a 5K.

    I LOVE running in sub-freezing temps...just want to put that out there...and when did 7 miles start seeming like a quick run? Pace was slow but I will take it two days from a 19 miler.
