      OH NO!!! I am just reading this Zena!!! Oh no!! Did you find it? I always tie my key to my shoelace too. Ok, today i will google those pouches that strap on your shoelaces. I will let you know what I find.

      Yes it was attached to my laces...and they came lose. YES time for the lace pocket or shorts with the pocket in the back.

    Feeling great! The hardest part was the slow up hill back home..ran and power walked the uphill but ran the entire way down. I like this new path and it is a little farther than I've gone before.

      You are doing great.
      I barely got any runs in this week due to the rain and work and lack of sleep. Can't get up at 5:00 to run whenI have insomnia and waking up at 2:30.

      Find something to motivate you.Set a small goal, saying,"I can't watch my favorite show unless I ran that day". For me, I get to buy 5 new itunes songs if I increase my long run day by a mile. I was stuck at 6 for a long time. I was so sick of my music, I had to increase just for my EARS sake. Going for 8 soon so I can replace my old stuff.
      Running every other day is a big challenge for me too. I can't blame it on weather,that's just an excuse.1,000's ran LA marathon in pouring rain.

      YEA! Good job Zena, the hills are hard and it doesn't matter your mileage because you are working different muscles than just straight running on flat areas.
      Keep up the good work.I am proud of you.
