    Tried running with soft & thin soled shoe to avoid heel strike. Could feel pain in the calf muscles & foot, guess it will get better in my next run.

      I am sure of 2 things soon you will go barefoot and you will do 10km in sub 1 hr

      I intend to go barefoot. Got a HRM and trying to stay around 168bpm, not really targeting on the pace.
