    HOT! Legs definitely felt my run and the hills.. This was double my previous longest ride! Felt good and had a quick average even with the hills and headwind(we did the course in reverse).

    1:50:06 was the final damage.. I ran a 1:34 the weekend before on a trianing run. Definitely a hard course.
