    Went a 59:55 in the race.. PR'ed by over 7 and a half minutes from 2 years ago. Averaged under 6 minutes a mile! Also PR'ed in the 10k from less than a year ago by 1:40! went a 37 flat ... read more

    HOT! Legs definitely felt my run and the hills.. This was double my previous longest ride! Felt good and had a quick average even with the hills and headwind(we did the course in reverse).

    Passing two guys near the finish.. They passed me while I was sitting down about a half a mile from the finish.
