Ran 13 total miles with 8@MRP - was only scheduled to run 12 today according to my training plan (Pfitzinger 18/55), but since I chose not to run last weekend's 16 mile MRP run (did an easy 16 on Sunday instead of Saturday to give myself a bit more rest to help me recover from a slight cold I had last week), I wanted to go a bit longer and get some speed work in as well. This run definitely satisfied that - ran the 8@6:50 and after this 13 mile workout was done, I ran a quick .1 to make it a half-marathon day. :-)
