      I was in LA and just came back last week.

      I'm not sure I'll run it again myself. That was my first Brooklyn Half. Refreshments were lousy. Where were the bagels and bananas? I think it was a whole ploy to get us to PAY for stuff in the stadium. That's a mess that you had to wait that long to get out of the lot. I was also not happy that we had to walk down stairs immediately after running 13.1 miles. Not fun. This race is starting to cost more and get worse at the same time.

      And I kind of hate the course after the park. The long, straight six miles to Coney Island. You did great despite the circumstances and the rain! I was glad I brought my hat. I think I was around Mile 9 when the rain started. It didn't even seem that heavy to me, but some folks confirmed it was a downpour.
