      そうそう!私もそうでした。でもマラソン終わってから”push ups”というアプをダウンロードしてから、フルプッシュアップが5回くらいできるようになりました。キッチンカウンターでの腕立てから始まって、膝をついての腕立て、そしてフルの腕立てを10週間ずつやるので、かなりゆっくりペースでお薦めです
