      Shibaさん シバさんにコメントもらうと心も身体も元気になります。ハーフマラソン、本当はロングランだからペースを落としてゆったりのはずでしたが、ちょっとハーフをレースとして走って、今の体力とか回復度がどれくらいなのかを測りたくてやってしまいました。でもシバさんのおっしゃる通り、メンタルに非常に大きなインパクトでかなり自信につながると思います。やったー、テーパー!

      マークと一緒でしたがつらかった。去年のマラソンより今年はずっと遅いような気がして、(実際トレーニングを比べてるわけではないけど)ちょっと落ち込んでます。4時間の壁はまだまだ破れなそう
