    30 minutes of compound moves with weights (I almost died), then 10 minutes of Pilates to cool it down. Ahhhh!!

    My usual half-naked Yoga, plus the accomplishment of a 2-minute plank hold. I couldn't walk at lunchtime because the big wigs were in the office. My wig is still small.

    Half-naked yoga (I told you about that already) infused with strength training. I feel powerful 'n stuff.

    lots of tricep reps with light weights, then knocked out those sit ups

    Adventurous wooded/hilly hike and then 200 sit ups. My body feels like hogwash, but I'm still glad about it.

    100 sit ups, 1 mile walk, and a nice relaxing stretch. Looking forward to my salad for lunch.
