Dare I say I am back? One week off. I felt ok. Chest felt ok. It's the cold that aggravates it. Goal here was to run comfortably, so pace and incline varied a lot. This time includes warmup. Finished with some Insanity core movements. Efficiency is getting everthing done in an hour. Time is so precious nowadays!
