good Insanity Week 2-Day 6

Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs. I was so looking forward to the Cardio Abs because besides my hip area this is the other part of my body I would love to tone and get flatter and maybe have at least a 4 pack. Yes I said 4 pack, I am not asking for 8 pack. I will be HAPPY with 4 pack. OMG was this ab workout a workout for sure. Boy did I feel it at the end and it was a great feeling. Can't wait to do it again which will be Week 3-Day 3--BRING IT!! Oh I just want to mention that I did this workout in the am before I headed to St. Petersburg for the Rock n Roll marathon weekend.
