      Still working on the 70.3 goal just gotta get thru vacation in March and then it will be on. I am going to do the Danskin and probably the Trek women to get a feel for back into open water for race and then maybe look for one in Oct/Nov to sign up for. yes I may need that wet suit.

    Insanity-Cardio Power and Resistance. This was an awesome workout however I know my thighs and upper body is going to FEEL it tomorrow. OMG!! jumping, swats, push ups can I say any more.

      Sorry Yolanda. But if you keep that weekend of March 3-4 open, i MAY have a race bib for you for Seaside, as well as the bag etc. I think someone is dropping out. You'd have to run under her name. She is being Cagey about it, but I think she will not show.

      didn't go well peeps I guess next year I will have to earn that ING MIami Bling. No problems because I had register early for the half and only paid $28 and I was able to get someone to pick up my packet so I got my Shirt and goodies.
