Sarah, correct and so as a runner it is much better in my opinion on our knees to not damage them with all the impact of regular Zumba. I quit going to regular zumba because of that.

I would take it slow if I were you. Recovery is about slow pace as well. I was running in the 11:00s for 2 weeks after my last half.
