      Welcome to 5k training! I'm doing an 8-10 week plan for my first. I repeated week 1 for 5 weeks, just letting you know that I'm thankful that I didn't feel badly for having to go more slowly than most thanks to the great support here on DM. Best wishes as you embark on your journey!
