    Great ride; even the hubs said he had fun. We took turns as lead and I worked on my cadence. I'd have to say it was a fun but productive ride.

    Didn't run as early as I wanted because I went to breakfast with my granddaughters,daughter, and son in law. Note to self.....don't eat chick fil-a chicken biscuit before a run!

      It's funny how many people I've met by running my neighborhood. Even people I don't know will approach me when I'm out and say hey aren't you the one who's always running or walking your dog? See when I'm not running I always walk my dog Kelsie either before or after for several miles. Can I count those miles too?
