    Felt really good tonight. Ran pretty consistently and sped it up last mile I ran like a juggernaut...just kept rolling and building speed...ran the last mile at 7:17!

    Last run? before the snowstorm. Light snow and east winds at 10 mph. Fairly cold at 21F, but not unbearable.
