No real difference between the heat inside the studio & the weather outside.

it's so hot outside I had to come to ride at the gym.

having the most annoying pain in my ankles....I'm used to pain in my knees and legs but my ANKLES!? thats a new one.. I"m falling apart & I'm only 33!!!!!
