    No real difference between the heat inside the studio & the weather outside.

  10. having the most annoying pain in my ankles....I'm used to pain in my knees and legs but my ANKLES!? thats a new one.. I"m falling apart & I'm only 33!!!!!

      sounds like a plan!
      I do it in a gym called "body & soul" in talpiyot but these days almost in verey gym you've got Zumba Fitness.. which is GREAT!
