      Oh no!!!! I usually start talking aloud to myself saying things like "my knees are healthy and strong" and silly mantras like far, so good ;) lol

      LOL! I meant my knee was a wuss :) I think my legs are just tired from the trainer session yesterday and I was asking them to run faster than they really wanted to so my form was crap starting off down the hill. That sounds possible, right?
