I'm surprised I managed to motivate myself to get on the bike for the 4th day in a row. The one thing motivating me is the fact that I want to be half decent for the fall. If you wanna be an athlete you gotta train like one.

we need to get you on a road bike lol, MUCH more tolerable :-P BUT i feel your XT pain, you can do this! that way your first run will be wayyyy less degrading, and you'll have a cardiovascular fitness base for this summer and beyond!
