It was a cold start, but warmed up quick. Big crowd (7 of us) and the roads were empty. I felt strong on the hills, fast on the flats. Great winter miles.

Short treadmill run just to get the blood flowing before lifting. Felt good to get back to the gym after almost three months off.


+1 to that. I'm still a couple of weeks away from that feeling but the initial dread has passed.
