      Those core & stability trainings & (slow) running made it possible 4 me 2 run on even with the injury.

  7. Taking a restday and going to the doctor for the knee. Better save and sound.
    My mind is ready for some serious training but the body still says no no no.

    No knee trouble with swimming.

      Yep still no running. Playing save and giving the knee some rest instead of hammering him to death. We're learning.
